Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of RandomlyGo. By using the site, you agree to them.

Free to use

Every generator on RandomlyGo is free. There's nothing to buy, no paid plan and no account needed. If we ever add something paid, we'll update these terms first and say so on the page where you'd buy it.

Using the site fairly

Use the site for lawful purposes. Don't try to break it, overload it, or copy it in bulk with scripts. We may limit or block use that harms the service or other people.

Games, dares and prompts

Truth or dare and the other games are for fun, and you play them at your own discretion. You decide what's right for your group.

  • Skip any question or dare that makes someone uncomfortable. No one has to answer or do anything.
  • Choose the category and difficulty that fit who's playing, especially with kids.
  • Don't do a dare that could hurt someone, damage something or break a rule where you are.

We write the lists with care, but we can't know your situation. You're responsible for how you and your group use what the generators show.

Using the prompts

You may use the topics, questions and prompts you get from RandomlyGo freely: in conversation, in class, in your own writing and art, and in commercial work such as a lesson plan you sell, a video or a game night you run. You don't need to credit us, though a link is always welcome.

What you can't do is republish the lists wholesale, or a large part of them, as your own list, book, app or dataset, or use them to build a copy of this site.

What you write, draw or say in response to a prompt is yours.

The service

We provide the site as it is, without any warranty. Random means random: we don't promise that a result will suit your purpose, and the yes or no wheel isn't advice. We may change, add or remove generators and items at any time. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for what happens when you act on a result.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. A new version applies from the day we post it here.
